Puristat

This system contains a handful of vitamins and minerals all aimed to clean and restore the body. It has 23 herbal ingredients and probiotics in the cleanser and the multi-vitamins are filled with vitamins A, C, D and E, as well as zinc, copper, folic acid, and calcium. The cleansing tablets and restorers have a handful of healthy stuff in as well—like cascara sagrada, rhubarb root, fennel, cayenne, acidophilus, echinacea, dandelion, parsley, and aloe.

Cleansing the body is different for each and every one, depending on the situation. For the people who have normal bowel movements, a 7-day cleanse would be ideal. For those who are relatively healthy but still suffer minor cases of constipation, a 14-day cleanse should do the trick while those suffering from very poor digestive systems, the 21-day complete program should drastically change things. As for the process, things are relatively the same, no matter how long the cleanse is. The system is more or less started by taking a vitamin for a week or two before the cleansing begins. It is followed by taking in a 6-pill cleansing schedule along with the restorer tablet to keep everything in its optimal performance.
